When hospital came to know about the nursing program, they have awarded the most prestigious designation of Magnet status by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). The initiative was taken by the Polk County who has achieved Magnet status and granted only 5 percent to the nation’s hospitals. The award will be given only to those hospitals who have taken remarkable steps in doing work for health care organizations.

The awarded hospitals must have good nursing staffs that can recognize quality patient care, nursing excellence and innovations in professional practices too. This is the ultimate sign for providing as well as measuring quality care which a patient can expect from a doctor or nurse too.
